ChatGPT, uh, had this whole conversation with this girl. She kept like bringing up other agencies and it kept driving her back to: if you want something like, like super hands-on and incredible and a little more like luxury positioning, go to Influx. If you want something that's a little scrappy, a little more affordable right now and you can just kind of get the job done, go to Aesthetic Conversion. And then she would go bring up other agencies and then it kept saying, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Go to, go to Influx." And, and you know what it literally told her? It said, "You know what? Based on our conversation, go with Aesthetic Conversion for now, and then in like a year dump them and go to Influx."

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Okay, we're here at the Med Spa Show 2026 at the Wynn in Las Vegas and I'm sitting down with my friend and fellow marketer Jared Rohrer. Jared, thanks so much for sitting down with me.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I'm so excited to do this.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah, we've been talking about doing podcast or content together for two years. I mean, we've been on the circuit together for a long time. We have — we've shared the stage at a number of different conferences and different panels and marketing. I think that's how we initially met, uh, down in Miami a few years back.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Down in Miami at AMWC was, I think, the first time we like really started to connect, and I've admired your guys' work for a long time, because you guys were established before our agency, uh, came around, and we reference you guys all the time because of how — the way that you guys take such good care of the clinics that you work with. We've just been so impressed with it, and so we constantly are like, "Okay, how is Influx doing this? Okay, yeah, we should reference that." You guys are a huge inspiration point for us.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Uh, well, we appreciate that, and you know, we do — we have been around a minute, and I've met a lot of marketers, and you can always kind of see who the real ones are. And, um, and I just think it's what you said: caring. That's all that I'm talking about when I say that — I mean nothing else by that. Just how much do you really care about your clients? And I think that's what, that's what makes a difference at the end of the day. That's how you last. That's where longevity in this industry comes from.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I feel that with you.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I see you always out here. Uh, you know, I, like I said, we shared the stage. I was impressed with your talk then. I've caught you — um, I've caught a number of your other presentations, and you're a pro. I actually go like, damn, I want to be like — be like — you're an entertainer, right? Because you're a, you're a performer, a musician.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah, I'm a musician. I'm a player. And so are you, too, which I found out recently.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

That's a secret. But yes.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I'm a dueling piano player, for anybody, uh, uh, watching. I play at — there's a bar at Disney called Jelly Rolls that I get to play at a few times a month —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

In Orlando.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

In Orlando. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

So, you still do this on the regular?

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I — they, they closed it recently and they're reopening it in town. So, in like a couple months they're going to reopen it. But, yes, they — uh, you should, cuz you're in Tampa.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I was going to say, I'm in Tampa. So, the next time I bring my daughter to Disney —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yes.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I'm going to — we're coming.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I would love that. I would love that. I'll play, I'll play any tunes you want.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I, I, I've been really impressed with the recent content you've been doing, where you've taken like a marketing concept and, and turned it into like a musical.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Those are my Biz Bops.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Biz Bops. That's what it is.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

And editor, cut to one of my Biz Bops right now. There it is. Yeah. "You can chase only." Wow. And so that was one of my amazing Biz Bops. I hope you all enjoyed the entire two-minute Biz Bop on the podcast.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah, uncut. They're really good, though. They're super impressive.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah, I, you know, I've got a, I've got an AI workflow with them where I, uh, I'll come up with whatever the topic is, and then I will, uh, I will script out the actual, um, you know, lyrics or whatever. And then I use .ai, uh, and I will play into it — I'll play a piano and sing and say, this is the vibe that I want to go for. And then it'll regenerate based on the lyrics and that, and say, "Okay, here's the full song." Then I'll rehearse it. And —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Then you relearn what AI creates.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

And then I relearn, and I take over the, the vocal and the piano myself. And then, you know, AI is playing drums and they're playing little, you know — like I had one, uh, that I just put out, which — cut back to that one right now. I had one that was like this super bluesy, like Louisiana-style, uh, jazz. And I mean, the lines that they were, that they were playing, I was like, these are freaking hard. But it's like challenging, so it's fun. Yeah. I call those my Biz Bops.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

So cool. I'm getting way too technical, cuz this is supposed to be about marketing, not about music, but can you have AI spit out the stems for what it create? That's so crazy.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

So, so I subscribe to it. But yes, it spits out, uh, it spits out all the stems, and then I put it into Logic, and then I mute — I will, I'll rehearse like, you know, a hundred times, and then I will mute the vocals, mute the piano, and then play all the way through live. So, anything you see on my Biz Bops, that is one take, and that's me getting it exactly like you see. Like maybe I'll do a little pitch —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Because you're playing to the rest of the tracks.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Correct. Correct.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Wow. That's so cool.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

And I'm committed to that. I'm not — I don't want to like fake it, you know, because eventually I'll just start phoning it in, and I'd rather have something that's like —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah. Yeah. You could easily do it and then overdub, right? Film the video. It's impressive. I mean, that comes back to you being a live performer. Like, that is hard to do. To — I'm, I'm — I like to play and I like to, you know, write some music, but like performing and being that, um, that tight, and that's, that on — is really another level of pressure.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

It sets my soul on fire, is what it does.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

So that's the thing. I understand that.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Up — you mentioned, uh, lecturing too. I'm interested to talk to you about this, too, because I — it's funny that you say, "Oh, like, oh, I'm looking at Jared and I, you know, I want to —" because you see the performance.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah, you're an excellent presenter.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

And I look at your guys' decks, too, and I'm like, "Oh my gosh, how do I make my stuff level up as far as like what I'm showing on the screen?" And I was talking to, you know, Mark Tager. Mark Tager.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

The name sounds familiar, but I don't think I do.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

He's an awesome dude. He's here. He's a, he's a faculty member. He came up to me at AMWC this year, uh, in Miami, and he said, "Jared, you give a bunch of deep technical great information in your lectures." And I said, I said, "Thank you so much." And he goes, "Not a compliment." I was like, "Oh." I said, "What?" And he said, and he said, he said — "What?" He goes, "It's awesome that you do. So what I mean, though, is that you need to have more story and you need to have more hooking in your lectures to keep them engaged the whole entire time, so that you can really drive home whatever that point is."

And that has changed the game for me this year. The way that I build lectures now are very story driven, you know, and, uh, and I think kind of rounding that whole thing out — that's what's been on my social recently as well. I'm obsessed with hooking and retaining.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah. Yeah. I've seen your stuff.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

How can I, how can I get people to stop, watch, and then stay for the whole entire piece of content? Because the better that you can get hooking and retaining, in general, I mean, you can dominate, you know, whether it's YouTube or whether it's podcasts or whether it's even like — in podcast, this is the one thing that you need to know, okay? If you're trying to start a podcast in 2026, is you need to learn how to hook and keep people, uh, engaged the whole entire time. And that —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

That was a hook.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Was a clip.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

That was a 100%. That was a hook right there. Yeah. Um, I spent a lot of time on a presentation I gave yesterday, a 25-minute presentation, but I spent a lot of time actually really trying to figure out what the story was, and, and going for just a cold open instead of, you know, "here's a little bit about me." Just go right into the story. Yeah.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Okay. You did that then? Okay. No. No. Uh, you know, "my name is —"

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Didn't say my name. Didn't introduce myself. Didn't say, "Can you guys hear me? Is this thing on?" Any of those things — which, I've watched so many videos on how to give good presentations that talk about, don't do that. Oh, actually, this is not — that's not what I at all what I intended to talk to you about today, but since we're on this topic: I saw this great YouTube video where a guy says, "Start with, um —" oh my gosh, I'm going to send it to you, because I can't remember now. Yeah. Um, start with either a question, or — uh, start with a question or a story. It's way better than that, but basically you just dive right in, instead of this, all this explanation.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah. Oh, and I — so I have literally done the same thing, cuz you watch a TED talk and somebody says, "It was a dark and cold night," you know, and you're like, oh — what, tell me the whole rest of that story, you know? And, uh, they're, they're leading to like drive — like hook you in. And you got to consider, when you're, when you're saying, you know, "My name is Max and I've been in marketing for this long and I do —" what are you doing? You're credentialing yourself. And you don't have to credential yourself by saying that.

Like, even with like a podcast — I, I have a friend who's like, every time they do a, they do a podcast, they will credential themselves: "I've been in marketing for blah blah blah blah blah." You can credential yourself by saying, you know, "Of the thousands of clinics I've worked with, this is the one commonality that I've seen."

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I actually love that we're talking about this, because it does — it relates to all content production. So we, we started by talking about presentations we're giving at these conferences, but it relates to any content — particularly social, short form, but correct, even longer form, YouTube, even a blog, even anything. Right? And I was just talking to Gabe, who does all our social media, sitting right here, about how, rather than have to credential, the story did the credentialing.

So I told the story of what we set out to solve in this industry. I showed a picture of my partners and I clinking a beer when we cashed our first check ever, 12 years ago. And then I said, fast forward to today — I showed a picture of the team of about 85 people, and I said, we've gotten this, you know, so far. We, we accomplished it. We set out to do this and we did it. And then, now here's the problem we see today. And so that was the story, and then I talked and I went from there, and that was the story. But I didn't have to say anything of what we've done.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

You're very credentialed just by saying that you got a team of 85 people. Oh my gosh. And then all that — that credentials you way more than, "Hi, my name is Max and I've owned a company for 12 years." Like, who cares, you know? But the fact that you scaled it is much more credentialing.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Totally. And, and I got to find this video and send it to you, because I think it's basically — he's like, start with a once upon a time. So he says like, you know, "The last time I was standing up here," and he gives — and I don't even remember what he then said, but I was, I was immediately listening. And that's what he starts with, just, "Last time I was here, I noticed something," and then everyone's like leaning in, you know.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

So, so starting all of your content with that kind of a once upon a time, or —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Just drop — cold open into the middle of a story or a question.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

You do good with hooking in your personal content, too. Like, I've seen you — you use visual hooks too, where you'll, you'll go on a quick stroll through your neighborhood and you'll use that as like your, your story hook too, which is very cool. That's something I'm, I'm trying to get really good at, because I'm trying to build a stronger like social presence for myself. I'll tell you what, too. Listen, everybody here in the dang audience is — uh, when I — so, I've posted 45 times a week for the last 60 days straight, across five different platforms. And since doing that, our lead intake has tripled.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Whoa.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Tripled.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Say those numbers again. How many times a week?

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

45 times, across five different platforms. So, you're looking at nine-ish posts between stories, reels, content, and blasting it across a bunch of different — yeah.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

And nine is still a lot. And then the word — okay. Yeah.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah. Slightly tweaked, where it's like, I, I, I'll tweak it a little for TikTok, I'll tweak a little for YouTube Shorts. Um, you know, mostly the caption is the biggest thing that gets changed. Um, but yeah, across that, and our lead intake has tripled. Ask me how many of those have actually come via social, like on a DM.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah. I'm, I'm so curious, because this is something — oh, wow.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

None of them. You know why, though? Is because the, the majority — and a lot of this is for you, too — uh, the majority of the way that our business has grown over the years has been word of mouth. It's been word of mouth from consultants who send us business. It's word of mouth from our clients who are fired up about what we do and how we help them. It's word of mouth from, uh, maybe, maybe like reps in the industry.

And now, what has just happened? I post 45 times a week. All those reps, all those clients, all those consultants — they're seeing my content left and right. Every, every time they open the app, there I am, you know? And so the referrals start like skyrocketing, and the only thing that we can point to, the measurable difference, was that we started posting more, you know. Um —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

So this is a whole another conversation about attribution — like multi-touch attribution, figuring out how many, you know, someone who converts has — for anyone who doesn't understand what I mean by that: anyone who's converted, become a lead, become a customer for your business, might have touched your business, you know, at different touch points, several different times and places, and it's really hard to say how to weight each of those touch points into the final. What do you give credit to? And, and I know a lot of people find you somewhere else, and they go to look at social to vet you.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Correct.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Then they'll come back to where they found you, or your website, if that's not even where they found you, and convert there.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Or they might find you on social media and go to your website and convert there. And you could theoretically sort of track that, but not really.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

We, we built a software. We're, we're in conversations with a couple people who want to buy it pre-revenue right now, which I would honestly love, because our agency is doing so well right now, and if I get too distracted, neither is going to do well. But our software that I'm most excited about in there is — we built this really dope, and it's all custom, it's not even AI built, we built this with devs — and, uh, we built this attribution journey and touch point database where everything is tracked. If somebody likes something on an Instagram post, that gets clocked. Uh, if a — if somebody comes from a referral source, it will then, it will then link to that referral source's activity on our social media as well, you know.

So if Carrie Hellwig, an amazing consultant, uh, sends us a new lead, we — it will also cross-reference all the posts that Carrie liked the last two weeks before, um, before, uh, that lead came in. That way we can have some attribution to what actually drove that action.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Oh, that's cool. And that's pretty knowable stuff.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

That's — it's not too difficult. You can, you can get an API to put that together. And so, yeah, that touch point database, I think, is going to be like — that's the coolest part of that software, because then we can see average journeys. We can see what type of content actually drives the needle. Like, in the end, can you fully do attribution? I don't think so. I think you just got to like — you got to know your numbers, make a change, and then see that it went positive or negative with the difference, you know? Where it's like, as long as you know your numbers in the beginning, uh, you're good.

But that's, that's almost every single clinic owner's problem, uh, is they don't know what numbers to track. You know, the amount of KPIs — I attended a lecture, and I will not say who did this lecture. It was you. I'm just kidding. I, I attended a lecture — it was so bad. I attended a lecture, and it was about KPIs, and this person — and this is, this was a seasoned individual — they listed like 98, 115 KPIs that they wanted clinics to track, and I was like, are you kidding me? Have you lost your marbles? Like, I think there's — I would love to hear this from you.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I have thoughts. I have thoughts.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I think there's four big ones. Track how many eyeballs hit your business — so if you, if overall, if you're tracking traffic — yes, you should track performance across all your marketing platforms, but first, like, I think the easiest one to track is like how many eyeballs hit the website. What percentage of those eyeballs turned into a lead? Your conversion rate. What percentage of those leads turned into an appointment? Your lead-to-appointment. And then I think, I think show rate is something you probably want to track in your clinic. But I would say rebooking rate is the most important one. Like, like —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

From a marketing perspective —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

From a — yeah, from a front desk performance perspective, your appointment booking rate lets you know if — and your rebooking rate lets you know if your front desk is a profitable position in your business. Uh, because if they're convert— I mean, if they're, if they're only converting 20% of your leads, but they could be converting 55%, then you could double your revenue just by having a strong —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I know — not, don't get another single lead. Yeah. Don't increase your marketing budget whatsoever, but double your, your, your new patient revenue, or whatever you want to call it.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

What kind of KPIs do you care about? What are the things that you're like — it helps you judge whether or not a clinic is —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

It's really similar to what you just said. But what's so funny is, we just — we're here launching this new platform at the Med Spa Show — and check it out. And as I was just telling you, we built an entire CMS to manage your website, but we also built an entire insights platform, is what we're calling it. Essentially a business intelligence dashboard tool. And we believe that it should be heavily opinionated, because — like, meaning there needs to be a philosophy behind how you're measuring, not give you the tools to build any report you want. You know, eventually I think we will give you more customization.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I don't like that, though. I'm with you. Don't — I, I would — me, if people are begging for it, sure. But you give them enough rope, they're going to hang themselves.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Exactly. And then you get into 90 KPIs. You don't know what you're doing. No. So here's my, here's my rant about this.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

A lot of these things are called dashboards — an analytics dashboards, or, or business intelligence dashboard. It's a dashboard. What does that mean? It means you're driving a car or a plane or something, where you need to keep your eyes on the road, and you need key metrics and dials right there that you can look through the steering wheel quick and make quick adjustments. If you have everything there —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yes.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

You, you are going to be far too distracted. You cannot continue to drive the car —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

AKA run your business — and, and you will very potentially crash and burn.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

You need — and then, when you have a chance, you can stop the car when you have a minute, and you can pull out, you know — I, I think in a, in a vehicle there's a way to pull out a whole lot more metrics. Same — similarly here. You'd want to like — the, the black box in an airplane has a whole lot more information in it. You want to be able to do a deep dive and kind of look into certain other metrics when you're pulling on strings of, why did this change, or why did that change, and now let's go look into it. You need those things.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Or you pull it to a specialist, and you tell that specialist, "Hey, can you, can you analyze what's going on here and tell me what's working and what's not working?" You know — bring it into a mechanic at that point, you know. But if you're, if you're looking at — yeah. If, if, if instead of a speedometer, you put up the rate at which your car is burning oil, you know — where it's like, I guess that's a metric that you could track to see —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I know, but while you're driving, you're not, you're not trying about that.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Who cares? Exactly. I'm right with that.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

When you start to see — now, granted, you hopefully — if you're paying attention to metrics closely enough, you can fix things before you get to smoking engine. But when you start to see certain indicators, then you might go, "Okay, okay, we have to take a beat and look at something." Um, but I, I think I tend to think of it very similar to you. Look at traffic, look at conversions, um, look at appointments booked. I do think appointments rate, just because it gives you a sense of the quality of the lead, you know.

And then, and then actually depends on how certain businesses do it. Some of them have a consult, and then they're, you know, they're not really selling them until the consult's done. Sometimes they're, they're sort of booking for the service, and the consult sort of gets blended — so that it, the — into the consult, and the service delivery is all in one, particularly in med spas. No — because we do a lot in surgery as well, where there's an initial consult, and that consult is, is either for a fee, sometimes complimentary, and then you still need to track whether they actually book for surgery, if there's a surgery component.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

How many plastics are doing free consultations now?

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah, it's funny. Not — I think only in super duper competitive markets. But there was a time when a lot of them were —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

That was the thing, that was the thing for a bit, and now everyone's back to, you know —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah. They don't want to waste their time.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

It's a $100 consultation fee, too. It's not that crazy. But I had a guy who, um, we were running it for him — he was getting a 13% on-page conversion rate from his offer. And his offer was, was, uh, you know, get a free consultation. He's getting 13% on-page, which we were like, freaking dude, don't touch it, it's doing great, you know. And he, and he was like, "Well, I'm kind of sick of doing these freebies, and sometimes they don't treat it as seriously." And I said, great, you know what? We can change it, and we'll just let you know what conversion rate you got, if you're, if you're like, "Hey, let's pump the pump again." Uh, and it brought them down to 10%.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

You know, interesting. But then, if you're, if you're following the whole pipeline, and you're looking, and you can compare how many of those unpaid versus paid actually converted, what was the revenue — then you can really get a sense of — and then the return on his effort is maybe better.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

It, it was, in fact, and that's what we told him. We said, now, now you are getting less leads, but you're getting more serious leads, you know, and you're getting people that are much more interested in you. So just track your actual sales, and if you see an uptick, let's keep — and if you don't care to, to lose 3% of leads — I, I think that's for your mental health.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah, you're happy. Might be even better. Or, or the same, for revenue.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Correct.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

These are supposed to be like little micro episodes, but you and I could talk forever. So —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Keep talking.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

I do want to — I do, I do, I wanted to get to some certain things, because at the beginning of this, we were talking about — we've been trying to do some content forever. You've invited me to do podcasts with you, presentations. I feel like you're always — which I find actually really cool — you're always cooking up some fun thing that you're doing. Like, a while ago you were doing some kind of like virtual conferences.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah. Yeah.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

And, and I also believe heavily in kind of like — all of us as marketers, as long as we sort of believe that we're doing good work, should link together and, and, and keep each other strong in this industry. And we've had ideas of like — you, you were doing something, I feel like — do I — I'm imagining this, or you were, you were kind of cooking up some idea of sort of like a, a collective of marketers in this industry. I had an idea like this at one point, too.

Yes. I wanted to have — yeah, I want to have kind of like a cohort of a bunch of us where we can just meet up and say, "Hey, what's, what's working? What's, what's working for everybody?" You know, and kind of discuss what, what good looks like, discuss benchmarks, you know, things like this, where we're like, "Oh, we have a guy that's getting 12%." You're like, "Oh my god, we have a guy that's getting 20," you know — then we can like really go over like what matters. That way we can serve the clinic owner. Because there's bull crap that's getting there, especially from kind of like younger agency owners that don't necessarily know what good looks like, you know. And if there's a way for us to all have conversations so we can be on the same page and help them, I mean, that would crush.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Yeah. Well, I, I think for obvious reasons, maybe some people would be hesitant. I've always believed in collaboration — that's why we're doing a podcast together, even though, you know, theoretically we both compete for the same sort of clients. We're in the same space or whatever. Um, but I always love what you're, what you're doing, and I love collaborating. Um, will you just tell us a little bit about — before we wrap it up here — um, first of all, what is the name of your agency? What are you guys doing these days? Um, anything — because, like I said, I know you're always cooking up something. So tell us what you're doing.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

What I'm excited about. So, I — Aesthetic Conversions, our company. We're going — we're growing great right now. In fact, we had — did you get my voice note the other day about the, the lead that came to us?

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

No. I'm so sorry. I've been so swamped with this. I might not — I might have missed that.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Don't stress. Don't you stress at all. ChatGPT, uh, had this whole conversation with this girl, and, and it was — it was — she kept like bringing up other agencies, and it kept driving her back to: if you want something like, like super hands-on and incredible and a little more like luxury positioning, go to Influx. If you want something that's a little scrappy, a little more affordable right now and you can just kind of get the job done, go to Aesthetic Conversion. And then she would go bring up other agencies, and then it kept saying, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Go to, go to Influx." And, and you know what it literally told her? And said, "You know what? Based on our conversation, go with Aesthetic Conversion for now, and then in like a year, dump them and go to Influx."

And I sent you the voice note, and I was like, I was like, "Look forward to this, buddy. She's, she's coming your way after, after she's done with us." Uh, but Aesthetic Conversions, our marketing agency. And then Aesthetic Con is our conference that we do digitally. Um, we haven't announced the one that we're going to do for 2026, but we'll have one — I'd love to have you on it. Um, we just do it, uh, virtually. Um, Quanti is the app that we'll be launching as soon as, uh — we're, we're, we're considering going through like a sale, with, with somebody to partner with it. So, watch out for, uh, Quanti.

And then I'm just — my, my personal brand. Honestly, like, if you're a clinic owner watching this, I think the greatest value that I can provide you is that I am pushing out tons of dynamite content on Jared Roars, on, uh, Instagram, as well as Jared Roars on YouTube. Go subscribe to that YouTube channel. I just hit 126 subscribers this morning. So, watch out, Rajani. I'm coming. I'm coming. I'm coming for you. Um, but yeah, I think right now I'm really excited about YouTube and education. I'm, uh, I'm going to be building like an educational cohort in the next like year, but I'm kind of — it's not going to be just aesthetics, it's going to be much more like broader, um, for business in general, but it's going to be like an operating system. So excited about what that could look like. It's, it's, it's more in the works, so I don't really know what it's going to look like quite yet, but those are the things that I'm —

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

That's — like I said, you're, you're always cooking up something. And, and yes, the content he's been putting out is really good. So, go follow him at Jared Roars.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Amazing.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

Yeah, dude.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Well, thanks so much. We got to do this again, even — cuz I could go on. We'll do a longer format.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

A two-hour — let's do like a long — you know what I mean? Let's like, let's go in the full Lex Fridman, Rogan, like five-hour.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

That would be sick. And only you and I will listen to — in fact, we won't even go back and listen to —

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

No, no, no. There'll be two views, and it'll be from our wives that we forced to, to listen to. I did — my wife, the other day, I was like, "Do you — did you watch this one I, I, I posted?" And she goes, "No." And then I came downstairs an hour later and she had it on, cuz she was like — she was like, "Just trying to get through this one so I can talk with you about it."

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

So that's really sweet of you. That's really sweet.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

That's loyalty. I love that.

Max Baybak

Max Baybak

Well, thank you so much for doing this. I appreciate it, man. We finally got it done.

Jared Rohrer

Jared Rohrer

I'm, I'm fired up. Thank you for having me on, and thank you all for watching. I appreciate it.

Max Baybak
